Day 1Arrival / Colombo

On arrival at the Bandaranayke International Airport, you will get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality. Representative from Seerock Holidays will welcome you at the airport and proceed to Colombo. (Approx.: travel time 01 hr).

Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls. The imposing Colombo National Museum, dedicated to Sri Lankan history, borders sprawling Viharamahadevi Park and its giant Buddha.

Day 2Colombo / Udawalawa

After breakfast proceed to Udawalawa. (Approx.: travel time 04 hrs).

In the afternoon visit Udawalawa National park by jeep.

Udawalawe National Park was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe Reservoir on the Walawe River, as well as to protect the catchment of the reservoir. Udawalawe is an important habitat for water birds and Sri Lankan elephants. It is a popular tourist destination and the third most visited park in the country.

Day 3Udawalawa / Bundala / Yala

After Breakfast, another game drive safari at Udawalawa National Park.

Thereafter proceed to Bundala. (Approx.: travel time 02 hrs).

In the afternoon visit Bundala National Park by Jeep.

Bundala National Park is an internationally important wintering ground for migratory water birds in Sri Lanka. Bundala harbors 197 species of birds, the highlight being the greater flamingo, which migrate in large flocks.
Thereafter proceed to Yala. (Approx.: travel time 45 min)

Day 4Yala

Early morning proceed to Yala National Park & do a full day Safari game drive.

Yala National Park is the second largest and most visited in Sri Lanka. Yala is situated in the Southeast region of the Country. The Park covers 979 square kilometres .It originally had been designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary in 1900. The Park is best known for its variety of itsWildAnimals.Yala is one of the 7th important Bird areas in Sri Lanka. Yala harbours 215 Bird species including six endemic species of Sri Lanka. The number of Mammals that has been recorded from the park is 44, and it has one of the highest Leopard densities in the world.

Day 5Yala / Mirissa

After Breakfast, another game drive safari at Yala National Park.

Thereafter proceed to Mirissa. (Approx.: travel time 03 ½ Hrs)

Mirissa is a small town on the south coast of Sri Lanka. Mirissa beach and night life make it a popular tourist destination. It is also a fishing port and one of the island’s main whale and dolphin watching locations.

Day 06 & 07Mirissa

Leisure on the beach.

In the afternoon visit Galle Fort.

Galle is the administrative capital of Southern Province, Sri Lanka and is the district capital of Galle District. Galle is the fifth largest city in Sri Lanka after the capital Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna and Negombo. The Galle fort is a world heritage site and is the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers.

Day 08Mirissa / Departure

Transfer to Colombo International Airport in time to connect with the departure flight. (Approx: travel time 03 hrs).
